Kim Kardashian Ruined My Life

I have nothing to lose anymore! I’m laying out ALL the facts. Kim Kardashian committed fraud and stole my Kimoji trademark

App developer David Liebensohn sued American reality mogul Kim Kardashian back in 2019 for stealing the idea for her ‘Kimoji’ app. Kardashian won $400 000, a sum that David Liebensohn says he is struggling to pay-- struggling so much that he is reduced to working two jobs and sleeping in his car. The above website was developed using his iPhone. 

Despite this win, David Liebensohn claims there is more to the story. He accuses the Kardashian family of strong-arming him during the development phase to the point where he believes she committed fraud to appropriate his ‘Kimoji’ idea. Liebensohn attributes his financial collapse, personal troubles, and ruined mental health to Kardashian’s actions and the ensuing legal action. 

It’s shocking that while news outlets were quick to report both the lawsuit against Kim Kardashian in 2019 and her subsequent win, hardly anyone is reporting on David Liebensohn’s accusations. I did a quick check on Google News and found only a few sites. None of the major entertainment sites. None of the major news sites, either, despite the fact that Liebensohn’s accusations cover pressing legal issues. 

Of course, we always have to do due diligence when accusations of this kind surface. I am willing to hear any evidence from the Kardashians that may challenge David Liebensohn’s accusations. But the man deserves a hearing, and surely nobody can fail to be shocked to find, as is all too common in America, that David Liebensohn is working two jobs and sleeping in his car, or that his family was permanently broken when his wife divorced him. 

Unfortunately, this is not the first time that the Kardashian family has been accused of misusing people. The singer Ray J recently gave an interview with The Daily Mail, alleging that the Kardashians had actually scheduled the release of his sex tape with Kim Kardashian, though they had given everyone else the impression that it was released without Kim Kardashian’s knowledge. Ray J provided screenshots of a handwritten contract to this effect. 

Ray J’s decision to go public was influenced by an episode of Kim Kardashian’s show where she had claimed that there was a video of Ray J penetrating her while she was asleep. Ray J, who has a daughter, was shocked by this accusation and messaged Kardashian on Instagram to complain that she’d made him sound like a rapist. He further pointed out that the sex tape release had been consensual. 

Notably, Kim Kardashian did not deny this. In fact, she was apologetic in her messages on Instagram and assured him that her penetration remarks had been a joke. (A very weak joke, in my opinion.)

Since Kim Kardashian did not deny the consensual release in a private conversation, and since Ray J provided a screenshot of what appears to be a contract, it is likely that Ray J is being honest, even if he does have his own agenda. 

So it’s time to listen to David Liebensohn, and, if you can, help him out. I find it shocking that a tech developer should lose his savings so quickly and have so little support that he is reduced to living in his car. It seems to prove yet again that even though Americans work hard and save, one misfortune can bring them to the breadline. 

Was David Liebensohn exploited by the Kardashians? Did they, as he claims, ruin his life? I think it’s time the mainstream media started reporting this and challenging the Kardashian family. If the claims aren’t true, the media have nothing to lose. But if they are, and they don’t report on it, then they’re ignoring a monumental injustice.
