Last day of training at @heroacademycostarica with a wonderful group of martial artists from all across the globe. I think I got more from this trip then they did, as it was great to speak with each of them and learn from their experiences. It was a very diverse group, with kids, teenagers, people in their 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, and even 60's. One person was a black belt with 30 years experience, another was a white belt with only 10 classes under their belt, training so that he would be able to help and inspire his son. I consider myself fortunate to have gotten to know everyone, and have made so many new friends. We have one last training session tonight, and I can tell you these people will be Kimura machines, and great ambassadors for the martial arts. The #kimuratrapsystem retreat has been amazing! We have an awesome group of martial artists and family, 28 of us total, learning, improving, having fun, and enjoying life. I have been teaching for over 4 hours a day, which is more than I have done in a long time. But it has been great, and my body is holding up well. Still keeping to the diet, and getting leaner and stronger. I know my selfies are getting played out lol, but my laptop charger died so I have no way to get my videos and pictures uploaded until I get home.
