Who's return you want to see in Dragon Rising season 4?
For me either Garmadon or Omega(Overlord mention +)
Actually that a very good question! There are many characters who would be interesting to bring back, but the problem is that it's almost impossible for all characters to return...
I'd love to see Benthomaar and Skylor again, but I seriously doubt the writers will bring them back (but at least we know they're alive, and that's the main thing).
Also, the ninjas' parents! Like Maya and Ray, or Ed and Edna. I really love them and they're so funny like.
And if you don't mind, I'd like to give my opinion on the characters you'd like to see again! Like Garmadon, which I think is the most likely of all the characters I mentioned above. Given that we know writers love trauma Lloyd even more with his daddy issues!
For Omega? He's kind of dead, so I think it's complicated to ever see him again, unless maybe his name is mentioned or there's a flashback? But in reality, it will be interesting to develop more villains seen before with flashbacks, especially if they are important to the past history of Ninjago.
And for Overlord? We can see him again at any moment, but I doubt it, since Ras has been the main villain since seasons 2 and 3, and I assume season 4 will be too. So I doubt they will yet Ras only for Overlord be comeback (I think they're definitely dead-)

It's hard to imagine that Benthomaar had to carry both the weight and the guilt that he was responsible for the death of his adoptive brother, and it was so great, it made him physically sick to his stomach with even just thinking about it.
