Do you guys think king Louis-Ernest and king Gilbert have the same relationship as Toa and Fenn? Like the kings would be at an annual meeting or something, then Gilbert steals a glance at Louis who turns out was already staring at him with the most shit-eating grin, and at that moment Gilbert realizes he's about to pull a stupid stunt and embarass everyone involved

If you don’t recall who he is it’s perfectly normal even T-sensei once forgot about his name but if I remember right(.....) he’s the founder king of Small Cimarron. And apart from his meeting Alazon (accounted by Sara so....not even entirely believable?) there hasn’t been too much info about him in the novels even: the very scarce info T-sensei ever gave about him is just he’s a man of gentle manners/delicate features (やさおとこ) (this came from Daikenkyuu3). So THIS IS LARGELY JUST HEADCANON plus mild refering to the MAnga portrayal......you’re near OC with me, Your Majesty.

Daikenkyuu3 says that Takabayashi sensei once forgot that Gilbert was already mentioned and given a name in the novels, and gave the MAnime staff a new name at request XDDDDDDD

Sensei is so adorable!!!!! (screams)

Also the big Wiki says the name Gilbert had many variations of spelling in history among which some have a strangely appearing look for example

I really wonder a lot about how everyone’s names are spelled in sensei’s head...
