His Majesty, King Leonold of Rool, first and last king of Bruss, was the last ruler of the nation of Bruss, and was its reigning monarch during the Great War.
He was a tyrant and a staunch imperialist in life. When the war reached the front of his door however, he cowered within the walls of his palace behind his royal guard.
Death wouldn't take him however. The strands of fate decided to punish him with revenant unlife.
