Norrie, does lif ever talk to you about his wife or does he try to make you as comfortable as possible while making sure that hel doesn’t find out about you?

“Hm? Oh, yes, *cough* Lif has been very hospitable. *cough* I may have caught a cold, so he let me borrow his cape while we wait for Alfonse to find me. *cough* I miss my Alfie, though... While we wait for my Alfonse to rescue me, Lif distracts me with all sorts of topics. Askran history, the Aether Raids, and, most importantly, his wife. Lif says she was the most beautiful woman in Askr. She was the first chief tactician of Askr. Lif himself appointed her with the honor. And get this -- she was just a commoner! Whenever he talks about her, it’s as though a glimmer of life returns to his eyes. *cough* I can feel life within him! I know I can help him! Maybe his wife would do a better job as tactician than me... I wish I could meet her... Then again, she might be a general for Hel at this point. If not... *COUGH*”

Does lif ever mention his son to you or do you ever mention baby Zach to him?

“Yes! I love talking about my children! There’s my eldest child, Zachy, and the twins, Eir and Elli! Lif says his son was a kind and dutiful prince, ready for the responsibilities of the growing kingdom of Askr. I’m sure he and Zachy would have gotten along. Speaking of which, I really miss my son... I hope he and the others find me before Hel does. I’m not sure I can defend myself without a weapon...”
