I dunno, your character just kind of fought mine over territory and they both landed in the hospital but besides that I'm sure they could be good friends//shot. But in all seriousness, he saw Louise as a threat to his territory and Clansmen and did not like her attitude and the way she saw her own Clansmen. It's understandable that Mikoto is apathetic considering his powers though he rots himself away because he cares and wants to protect those around him. Someone who blatantly sees their Clansmen as tools and things to be used really pisses off Mikoto because of what he's had to do to assure their safety and even then the anger is dull--like he doesn't care. Mikoto isn't fond of her attitude and how quick she was to fight him over something as simple as territory that was rightfully his. He sees her as just someone who throws hissy fits when they don't get what they want and he can't stand that.
