I often forget to take off my binder within the eight hour limit, and binding too long hurts my ribs. Any suggestions?
Uh, I’m really not sure, not knowing your schedule. I’m actually pretty bad about this myself, usually I’m just too tired to take it off by the time I should. :S
The best I can suggest in vague circumstances is setting a reminder on your phone or computer or watch, idk, to remind you of the time. If you have a very regular schedule, try to work it into your routine. I try to change clothes when I get home from work, which makes it convenient.
