There is a bit of urgency to this, considering that in a few months, the weather conditions will make it difficult to get from CA to MI. The friend we’re moving in with could lose her apartment if we wait too long!

It’s not that we don’t care or don’t want you to be okay, we really really want you to be okay! But... a) We’re both busy, I only noticed that anon after work, some 7~10 hours after it was sent. I work swing shift. b) Neither of us are therapists. What works for me probably won’t work for you.

We’re not dead! Just... really tired. Dorito Mod (me) is pretty caught up with work and money stress along with some worsening mental health issues. Mod Sparky is busy with school and other things.

We love ya’ll! We really do! I’d love to be active on this blog again, swear, it’s just not something either of us can prioritize right now.

I often forget to take off my binder within the eight hour limit, and binding too long hurts my ribs. Any suggestions?

Uh, I’m really not sure, not knowing your schedule. I’m actually pretty bad about this myself, usually I’m just too tired to take it off by the time I should. :S

The best I can suggest in vague circumstances is setting a reminder on your phone or computer or watch, idk, to remind you of the time. If you have a very regular schedule, try to work it into your routine. I try to change clothes when I get home from work, which makes it convenient.

Okay but seriously, if your binder is too tight you need to either wear it looser (if it’s one with clasps) or get one that’s looser. You can really, really hurt yourself with a too tight binder! Warped ribs and back problems! Be safe!
