Growing pains... Honestly I disliked going to gym because it hurts, I’m not dumb I want to avoid as much pain as possible 🤷🏽♂️ 5 years ago I was like who are these people that pay money every month to come torture themselves when u can stay home 🏠and be cozy Until it clicked... NOTHING grows staying in it’s comfort zone, it’s has no reason too for me to become better I get to step out of my comfort zone. - Learn new skills - Adopt a different mindset - Create Habits that serve me I’m up over 15lbs if lean muscle mass now but the person I’m becoming as a Father, Son, brother, Friend to those around me is priceless.
