Lo’s Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge has been closed for several years, but its wonderful sign performed decades of yeomen service peeling hungry motorists off nearby #Route66 in Kingman, Arizona. These days, aggressive crows have taken roost inside this sign, and they are very territorial. Very. Territorial. Photograph at your own risk! You can see one of my feathered friends perched triumphantly — and defensively — atop his #googie perch.
