♚ This happened on many occasion. The sky releasing flakes of frozen art down onto the earth – sprinkling across the land like a wondrous white blanket. BEAUTIFUL, though snow hadn’t exactly been on the forecast for this late afternoon. Then again, Suoh just went ahead and assumed this. Fact was that he didn’t watch the earlier news to possess such knowledge.
Munakata phoned him earlier. Lucky enough to catch the【RED KING】before he was to lay down for yet another nap. Words happened to follow through into conversation. Coming out into a set plan. A m e e t I n g of sorts. In public. It had been a bit later in the evening. The sun already setting off in the distance. The streets would be bare enough for them to be seen together without question.
THAT was good enough. Suoh imagined that this would be another one of Munakata’s lectures on how destroying parts of the city was wrong, etc.
Nothing new.
While his gaze caught sight of this BLUE off in the distance, this sensation did start to fall from the clouds above.

Only a partial joke.
There are white crystals of cotton wool draping the navy blue of his uniform, turning invisible after a short while ( though seem to stay longer on him that they might do on clothes worn by the red king ), & so he does not waste much time regarding such a disarrangement of his appearance. Only the droplets on his glasses seem to be bothering his majesty, forcing him to take them off the very moment the other party has decided to appear on set.
