the God appears to @kingsglaivefuriaroad:
The little redhead was a spitfire, a human after the Infernian’s own heart. The God hadn’t made himself known to a mortal for some time, the last had been another redhead, full of anger and hate. Ifrit had pulled that mortal to his chest and gifted him with immortality. Looking now at this one, this ‘Tredd Furia,’ it seemed that Ifrit had a type.
He had no need for another accursed, but Tredd Furia had a use beyond that. He stood, a traitor within Bahamut’s Kingdom, and his soul burned with anger and violence. He was a fitting tool for the Infernian’s plan.
The God didn’t wait until the Glaive was alone before making his presence known. Time crept to a halt around Tredd, his friends freezing in place, Sonitus in mid-sentence. The blue glimmer of a Glaive mid-warp hung like crystals in the air. The sun seemed to flicker out, the only light a soft blue glow that seemed to envelop the entire world.
The god stepped out of nowhere and everywhere, bare foot touching concrete and leaving scorch marks behind. Flames licked from Ifrit’s skin and his eyes burned like lava. Long horns protruded from his head, branching out behind him. The God’s head tilted slightly as he observed Furia, curious to see how he would react in the presence of an Astral.
