Happy Father’s Day to all the Real Kings 👑 out here putting in work to 💪🏿🙏🏾✊🏾raise, mentor and coach the next generation. Had a few interesting comments with my mom and lady friends of mine that feel that a mother can replace a father’s role in his absence. As I explain to my mom and other single or remarried mother’s every year, Facts are that it can NEVER 🙅🏾♂️happen. A women can never be a man nor a father to a son or daughter. However, they can attempt to fill the gender roles of a father-figure while raising their children but they usually receive assistance from “their village” of men who are coaches, mentors, uncles, godparents, boyfriends and teachers. Children, especially young Kings, know the importance of knowing or wanting to know their earthly fathers and I haven’t met a boy or girl who would argue this point no matter how absent or painful a lack of a father was for them growing up. Thus, the village of men aid to fill the void of all non-active or subpar fathers a mother’s child’s life. Let’s not get it twisted continuing to wish mothers happy Father’s Day too and writing off the vital importance that true active fathers, men and male role models play in being the father figures and role models that youth and adults still need today‼️#happyfathersdays #happyfathersdaytoall #respectthekings #wearekings #kingsspeak #kingsspeak2012 #blessup🔑 #blessup🙏 #honorthyfather #stayinyourlane (at Atlanta, Georgia) https://www.instagram.com/p/Byy24nPlTZx/?igshid=1xo65ztlqiocs
