kingzer + criminals on the run!au ↳ it wasn’t the plan. either of theirs, honestly, but one can only make so many bad choices, live so long as an outside, before making the ultimate one. it all had happened so fast. the moments between being attacked and sal’s killing of the assailant were nearly nonexistent. but the moment sal grabbed his hand and shouted, ‘run!,’ will had been hooked. still, being on the run wasn’t as intense as the films and shows made it out to be. it was a lot of waiting and silence. and he’d never been good at silence so will fills it with questions and answers and stories. so does sal. and somewhere in between the thousandth question and their second month on the run, he realizes he might be in love with a murderer. and it isn’t until he returns the favor sal did for him, a week after his realization, that he thinks he might finally have found his calling and his soulmate. and he’s not ready to let either one go. after all, sal was right. killing a man’s more fun when you mean to do it.
