with the kitsune and nogitsune in the cities, territories are established by boroughs or prefectures. the kinds you find, (the foxes you meet), depend on what district you wanted to walk on through and browse. maybe, you actually know who to expect, maybe this is your first time.

the foxes in the city protect their prefecture for the Boss, whoever they actually are.
