Fic thing to make my little angel feel appreciated

Their head was pounding, their body raked with shudders and retching slightly, anything to get the foul taste of last nights mistakes off their tongue. Pressing a hand to their forehead, El sat up, surveying their surroundings. The room itself wasn't anything incredibly interesting, blank walls, creaky wooden floorboards. The bed they were perched upon was big, queen sized, perhaps. They turned their glance towards a small window, which was scattering a small amount of dappled light across the room, the only source of light, as the bare light bulb that swung overhead was shattered, its glass remains coating the floor in a thin dust. It sparkled under the light filtering through the thin layer of dust coating the window. Deciding against their better judgement, El slipped out of the bed, drawing the thin duvet around their bare shoulders. "Where...?" Their sentence trailed off into the empty abyss os silence the small room provided. Their stomach convulsed and growled, reminding them of the smaller things in life, such as basic nourishment. They crept around the glittering shards that littered the floor and swung open a small mahogany door which presumably lead into a hallway or kitchen of some kind. The door swung open incredibly easily, considering that it was at least two inches thick. Behind the door lay a quaint little kitchen, which boasted a thin countertop and quite a modest amount of cupboards. Standing at the counter, covered in what looked akin to flour was a stranger who's features looked strangely familiar. He, presumably, broke into a grin that could light a whole city when he saw them, causing El to pull the duvet closer to their body, thankful that it was wide enough to cover them. "It's good to see you awake." He said, stepping closer to them, holding out his hands in a gesture of affection. El sighed and allowed his arms to encircle her in a loose but friendly embrace. Authors notes: For @kink-george!! I'm really sorry that this isn't in character!! Also, El, if this makes you uncomfortable you can 1000% ask me to take it down. I'm sorry if the situation is a bit weird?? I was rambling on about this and that and one thing lead to another,,,, sorry!!
