The main reason I started a sex/kink blog was to give ppl on here a chance to opt in to sex talk instead of just like, blasting it out of nowhere

But to be honest, a big reason is also that I want to be able to delete it without remorse, in case some weirdos get hold of it and use it for like. Idk. Creepy little ideations about how I'm evil or whatever. In this way tumblr is not like a very good place to try to talk about sex. Just like any other place, it's giving ppl another weapon to bash me with...

I'm not active in any kink scene rn, mostly because "wouldn't it be fucked up if sex was real" but watching the kink critical discourse from the side is a lot!

And it's always like "woman tied to a bed getting hit by a man" with like weird lurid vibe to the posts and like. Without irony I'm glad that none of these people give a fuck what dirty fags like me get up to in bed, cause I don't think I could deal with this onslaught of absolutist judgements, that are supposed to support women I guess? But idk.

I didn't want it to come off as "let's never criticize kink" or "kink isn't influenced by pathological societal trends" But it's like, all the things you list here are open questions and invitations to a compassionate conversation and the things largely upsetting me now are not? If you know what I mean? I mean it's stupid but I feel like I straight up see ppl say they are proud of... Not being kinky or ever having kinky sex, which like, more power to them but I don't see the subversion? :/
