I think any kind of intense negative emotion can induce an attack. When I have a panic attack, it’s almost always due to anger/frustration.

yeah, i had a disagreement/fight with my mother and i've been having a low-grade attack for like, an hour and a half now

it just seems odd to me that i can't separate anger and anxiety.  i can have the anxiety without anger, but not anger without extreme anxiety.

I don’t think so… Do the things that make you angry also make you anxious?

not in the direct sense?  like if i had a fight with kas, i would be anxious about her being mad at me and not so much whatever it was we fought about

SHE'S GETTING BETTER, she's not afraid of me anymore, but apparently she nipped mom's finger while i was out of town so i think she's progressed from being afraid of everyone to hating everyone
