"I did good, right?"
At first it was a bit tricky to place who'd take this, but hello Kiory. (I haven't mentioned him in 7 months.)
Kiory Illugon, the Illusionist, and the 4th royal, he's from the dystopian roleplay. Each character may have magical abilities, but inhibitor bands are forced on them to make everyone equal, no matter the detriment to the individual. Kiory was raised from a young age to be the main face-person of the royals, to help connect them and the common folk. His unknown magical talent is of course, illusions, which of at their full strength could fully mimic reality in all senses. Though, Kiory is also fully believing in the society's rules, believing nothing to be wrong, and not seeing the corruption around him.
Subete takes things into his own hands, kidnapping the royal after he stupidly goes out for another nightly walk (after failing the kidnapping yesterday). Kiory, not knowing of the wrongs of the government and royals, believes he has done nothing wrong. Subete, a victim of the system, does not know if he's telling the truth, but it must be a lie to allow him to escape.
If the roleplay went on, Subete's torture of Kiory would, in a twisted way, help Kiory to see the faults within the ruling class, and join the other roleplay characters in their quest to dismantle the system.
