Repetition is key. You should keep ordering him to do things that naturally cause embarrassment and humiliation until he stops feeling it. If he hesitates, dont let it slide, very quickly ask him why he hesitated. Tell him not to hesitate, just do it. If he questions you, tell him not to question you, just do it. Soon enough, he will learn to obey without question or hesitation.
