If you've talk to me about health or anything like that, I'm always a open book but only if the real science is there. If you have done the research and have real points to make then I'm all ears. Be careful on the documentaries you watch though. I've made it through this documentary twice now and Kip Anderson should be ashamed of himself for this one sided, sponsored and just plain fake science claimed film. I do agree on the animal abuse, processed meat, food quality and money trail studies BUT just making up claims like sugar doesn't cause diabetes and carbs don't make you fat is just plain evil. Do your research yourself, do what works for you and please don't just listen to a person just trying to make a point with no real facts behind it to sell a film to a certain type of person. #kipandersen #whatthehealth #health #doyourresearch #diaryisrascist #documentary

Estávamos em 1997, alguma informação sobre outro género de alimentação circulava em "revistas" de publicação própria. Mentes curiosas, atentas  e conscientes passavam uma mensagem sobre a verdadeira industria da agropecuária e pescas. Foram centenas de jantares de grupo em que fui gozado, largas dezenas de conversas sobre o assunto, mas aquilo que fazia sentido para mim revelava-se a cada dia como algo muito positivo. Sem dúvida que ser vegetariano desde o inicio da minha adolescência foi a melhor decisão que tomei. Obrigado ao Kip Andersen pela coragem e atitude.
