To be fair, though it’s not really stated or implied in her case–the merging of the Nirvana and the real world causes people to, in Misuto’s words, to go “stark raving mad.” Perhaps that’s what she was feeling.

I was considering that too

I feel as though in general natsumi isn’t faring too well because of the stress with naomi lately, but I was also considering it being partly something with the nehan, as well, since something like that can’t just, happen without some odd effect on the people on the other side.

Hinoe is living on her own, and I don't assume they don't have a good relationship anyway. And the symbols seemed to disappear, either that or they fabricated another story.

I know they don’t have a good relationship anymore but Hinoe’s room (where Ayumi stabs herself, where Misuto makes his first appearance, where Hinoe consoled her sister in that extra chapter etcetc) is into the Shinozaki house. We can clearly see that in Chapter 7 of Blood Drive. That might imply that the room where Hinoe used to receive her clients was that and - maybe - she still lived there, with Ayumi and her parents.
