Oh look, another interview in which Kishimoto states he did not intend to make NH canon from the beginning but rather the middle.

He's so full of shit LMAO. I just love how even though he pretends his reasoning for making NH endgame is that "she always saw who Naruto is from the very beginning!!" he also says at the same time he chose to to make them a thing from the middle, careful to never mention it's because Hinata's popularity skyrocketed after the Pain fight Studio Pierrot completely changed from the manga *wink wink* Like if Hinata was the first to acknowledge Naruto then why did you not even bother to make her a thing in the manga? but also why did it take you a decade to realize that? Hmmmm????

The thing that does remain consistent in all interviews over the years is how Kishimoto wanted the finale to be about Naruto and Sasuke reconciling, that's what he was always working and striving towards.

Again, this is not rocket science, you can read the manga and easily tell how much work Kishi put into it and how seamless it was, for the most part. You hardly need interviews, his work speaks for itself. But if you don't get the work, cuz evidently you don't, then read the interviews, since you rely so much on them anyway. Perhaps it will break those flawed and ignorant preconceptions you entertain without a grain of accountability. No story comes out of oblivion. For a story to be good and believable, a lot of thought and work needs to go into it. Everything is worked out properly. Just because YOU don't get it, doesn't invalidate the actual story. And you really don't get it.

SNS deniers are embarrassing af. Like I just can't take you seriously, no one who actually gets storytelling will.

So Sakura is based off kishimotos wife and then kishimoto says questionable things in interviews. Like… I’m suprieses peopke like Sakura, sasuke works all day to get away from her, she’s selfish and addicted …

Well, the whole thing about Sakura being based off Kishimoto's wife is not entirely true. Kishimoto created Sakura several years before he got married (he was single when he started working on Naruto) for Sakura to be modeled after his wife. Plus, it was the interviewer who arrived to the conclusion that Sakura was like Kishimoto's wife when all Kishimoto did was say that his wife had a strong character, granted, he didn't correct the interviewer but he didn't confirm or agree with them either, instead ignored the comment and kept talking about how his wife might have figured out he lied to her.

Funny how he states that his marriage has nothing similar with NH or SS marriages lol he really doesn't like either ship.

But going back to the point, I don't believe Sakura is based off Kishimoto's wife. Saying "my wife has a strong character" is not enough to arrive to any conclusion specially when so many characters in Naruto have strong personalities (keep in mind Kishimoto did explicitly state Kushina was modeled after his wife) and again, the timeline doesn't match to base a character off a person you didn't even know when you created the character (as far as I'm aware).

Anyway, I'm not sure if we can apply those comments about Sakura to Kishimoto's own marriage and wife. Maybe he just doesn't like Sakura, we don't know lol
