Поскольку меня не отпустило, то ещё порция набросков про модерн ау Аптекаря
(да, давно хотел освоить сюжет про спящего Аптекаря)
А теперь надо перевести ещё две с тупыми шутками, а я пойду сходить с ума дальше

Since I'm still itching, here's another batch of sketches about the Apothecary's modern au.
(Yes, I've been wanting to master the plot of the sleeping Apothecary for a long time.)
And now I need to translate two more with stupid jokes, and I'll go on and on.
Well, it has been a long time since I posted an update, and that is because putting down the cords took FOREVER.
And some closeups:
Things I learned:
The end of the rattails, of course, had to be hidden somehow. Just cutting and sealing them did not look great, so I wound up having to unravel the cord and pull it, a small number of threads at the time, though the fabric. Here’s how I did it.
1. First, I’d cut the rattail, leaving about an inch worth of rattail free
2. Then, I’d unravel it with a needle. The rattail has a plastic thread on the bottom that anchors the weave, that had to be cut off
3. After the plastic bit was cut off, I’d putt a few strands at a time through the fabric using an embroidery needle and some threaders
4. Once everything is pulled through, it would look like this on the top and on the bottom
5. Then I’d use a regular white thread to fix the threads on the other side in a flat position. Probably unnecessary, but I really do not like things unraveling on me
Another important thing I learned: FOR EVERYTHING THAT IS GOOD IN THE WORLD, DO NOT FOLLOW THIS METHOD. It does look incredibly beautiful with that added height, with texture and shine, but it also takes an incredible amount of time and patience to accomplish. Do it if it’s your swan song to the series that is not celebrated. If you want to do this the same way, buy a flat tape and zig zag that bad boy onto your garment.

I still do the drawing thing but I don’t draw as much fanart but I think i’ll change that soon! I hope I can share more art with you guys! Super inspired by one of Gustav Klimt’s pieces
