you know i'm really sad bc of Kit's death but more than that, i am angry. angry and mad bc it was literally the most unnecessary death in the history of books. and i expected him to die eventually bc he's the type of character authors just LOVE to kill (innocent funny, naive, partially there for comedic relief) but the fact that he died so soon into the book?? infuriating. it was not time yet (is it ever?) and THERE WAS LITERALLY NO POINT!!! i legit cursed for 5 minutes straight with angry (and sad) tears in my eyes. what was the point, really??
