I love teaching this morning I had such a great honor training some major warriors in my Bodyworks class. I looked around the room And I saw sheer determination, the will of steel, ladies when we make up our minds to change ourselves I pity the fool that stands in our way. Great way to kick off 2018:)!!! And ask yourself instead of killing yourself trying to lose weight instead maybe try a spinning class or do yoga, or maybe your heart wants to walk at your favorite spot? Or maybe your soul wants to curl up w some green tea & read a poem. Or maybe your body needs a massage, steam & swim? Begin to HONOR your body, heart, mind & spirit in 2018. When you begin to think about fitness like this lasting changes will occur & your inner smile will return greater then it ever was. Ok so today our goal is to eat a protein & fat at every meal. Everyday we have moments to stop and help someone who is deeply hurting. New Years Day - the holiday season for that matter can have people feeling isolated and alone & depressed...I am in the utter state of prayer for a very special spirit that I had the opportunity to quietly listen to & help today. I am not going to say anything else I want them to feel protected & safe... I will just say that God loves each of us, we are never alone.... That voice of doubt or shame that kicks in is a voice NOT from GOD. God wants us to be free and light in the world to cast all of our sorrows and shame at his feet.... He will deliver us... He will make us whole and complete again. I wrote this for my special friend and maybe it will help one of you today... bless you...
