Thinkin' bout Belle. (By the way I should note that these drawings are... sorta also happening on a beach vacation all 3 of them are going on + Kit)
Belle is the most important member of the resistance in the AU, because aside from being the administrative head, by virtue of being a robot, she is also the re-founder of the Resistance (and technically a Robotnik) - so while Belle, Trip, and Ray technically hold the same level of authority, Belle is clearly the go-to leader. Her life is basically her playing the world's most high-stakes game of Total War, with actual lives on the line, and the worst part is she has to rely mostly on ANALOG equipment like physical spreadsheets and typewriters to do her job, because digital devices are subject to being hacked and thus all their plans getting ruined.
Her life is hard, aside from this she also has to deal with a caring but sometimes overbearing Lanolin - who she has to report to via radio broadcast. She chugs buckets of fuel, barely gets sleep, and is liable to getting blamed for the entire operation failing if she ever miscalculates a munitions count...
Good thing she never fails!
And for all her efforts, she is rewarded with the best team a person could ever hope for, and a situationship with a sensitive emo lad... So maybe it is all worth it in the end.
