Bagelgeddon Update III: After a delay this morning, I found my bagels ready for boiling. This was done and now they're in the oven, baking as I type.
Update II: The dough has proofed, the bagels have been shaped, and the batch has been tucked into bed the fridge for the night. Sleep tight, my doughy kinderlach. You'll be boiled in the morning.
Update I: My kitchen shall forever know this day as Bagelgeddon. I have no idea if any of this looks how it is supposed to, having never done this before, but nevertheless, I persist. The dough has been mix and kneaded and now we wait for it to proof.
