Sous Chef Battle Royale

On Monday, October 15th, five of the top sous chefs in St. Louis will compete in a cooking competition at The Kitchen Conservatory in St. Louis, Missouri. The competitors will be given one secret ingredient to be utilized in two different courses that must be finished in an hour and a half.

The five celebrity judges will score the dishes on Taste, Originality, and Presentation. This talented group of chefs represent some of the best restaurants in the area and the winner will be the recipient of a $5000 grand prize!

The competitors are: Chris Bolyard (Sidney Street Cafe), Adam Gnau (Acero), Nate Hereford (Niche), Andrew Jennrich (Farmhaus), and Jesse Mendica (Annie Gunn's). The event cost is $5 per person.

Ticket cost DOES NOT include tastings of the competitors food. However, wine and beer will be provided for guests. Only 65 tickets are available for this event
