High Altitude Baking.
I grew up in Oklahoma, lived there most of my life. I now live in Colorado Springs. I have no idea how to bake anymore!! I'm a kitchen witch, and a god damn professional chef. Why can't I figure this stupid thing out? It seems the only people who really know, are people who have lived at high altitude their whole lives. Please help me. Any tricks you can think of? Any solid rules I can follow? The internet is all over the place with information. I'm willing to do some messing around and figuring it out. I just need a starting point.
Kitchen witch tip #3
If you take cream and sugar in your coffee, say or think the incantation, “Provide me with the energy I need to get through the day,” as you add the sugar and “Fill my day with light and positivity,” as you add the cream. Stir with intent.
*Sugar and milk substitutes work just as well
