I stopped for a reason.

I stopped pretending to like people, because pretending deteriorated my soul. 

It took an unnecessary weight within my spirit, and as time pressed on I couldn't take it anymore. 

So if I do not acknowledge your presence, I do not mean to disrespect you. 

It's just that in reality you are truly a stranger to me, a stranger I have yet to meet. 

So don't think of this as an end, think of this as a fresh beginning. 

Remember I stopped for a reason.

You gotta love yourself, and enjoy the little things.

Because in the end that's all you'll have. 

The little things will be what matter.

And when everyone leaves you'll still have you. 

You won't lose your mind, and little things are easier to carry anyways.

It's you. Mind body and soul. You. So captivating. Enticing. Creatively alluring. An illness's cure. A blind mans cane. A shoe that fits. A cloud with rain. You are incredibly insane. Yet. I am the fool. Who loves you.

I might make a mistake falling for you. But it was easy. If I had the strength I'd take the high road and leave you. Maybe if I had met you a month ago, or a year after I'd never think twice about loving you. But this isn't the past. It's not the future. It's today. And I'm sorry to say. I am helplessly in love with you. So God save me.

You are bound to make mistakes. Bound to fall in love with the wrong person. Bound to trust the wrong 'friend'. Bound to make the wrong decision. Bound to pick yourself up and start all over again. You are bound, it doesn't give you a reason to give up just yet.

City with Ghost

Fear doesn't exist. Love brings no content. Brightness has no meaning. And darkness has no association. City lights, with ghost a mist. You don't see them, but I do. A drive down on a Wednesday, to pick apart flowers in a meadow only to walk back to their graves. The unseen. The unburied. We focus on the daylight during the week, and inhabit the midnight skies Friday night. The unseen. The forgotten. The city that never sleeps. Still has Ghost who inhabit.

Visionary

I see it. Like a photograph. I know it. As if it were my own reflection. I believe it. I've envisioned it. I've convinced myself of it. Meeting you. It's there. At the tip of my fingers. Like the perfect word at the tip of my tongue. Like the pieces of a dream you recollect the next morning. It's there. But not here. I'm a visionary The context is just out of place. -Kitcia-
