honestly at this point if i can figure out if a type of food/foods are giving me issues i’ll fucking DEAL with it b/c like, oh lord, anxiety and gastrointestinal problems feed into each other like nobody’s business and i am BAD at not repeatedly looking at webMD lol

Interesting. I have no interest in using a mic though. I don’t know of any way to use it for just playing the audio from your comp without a mic though :(
When you click the little mic button to get to the audio options, there’s a button that says “turn on computer audio”. if you click that and then exit the settings and click the pink mic button, it will mute your mic so you just hear the computer audio.
If you’re interested in joining me, you can definitely im me and I’ll walk you through it complete with screencaps. I’m gonna have it running on my laptop anyway just in case (and for audio/video spot checks)

joinme doesn't have sound either
it does actually! I have both a pc and a laptop and I tested the connection between the two. if you click on the sound options, there’s an option to turn on computer audio, which will let you hear the audio from the host microphone.
