things i'm thinking about on a rewatch: why oh why didn't niles and roz ever hook up at least once. like, can you imagine? a string of one-night-stands that mean nothing and teach niles how to relax and enjoy sex, roz has someone who isn't an entire dirtbag in her life for once.
I mean, Niles is kind of an entire dirtbag when it comes to Roz, but also you’re absolutely right and I want it.
I always think about Shutout in Seattle. The episode doesn’t exactly misdirect you into believing Roz and Niles could’ve hooked up, but the different pieces are all there: Niles and Roz bonding over their love lives and the camera cutting away, Niles being M.I.A. and Frasier worrying he’s gone back to Maris or something, Roz having hooked up with someone and not wanting Frasier to find out who.... Niles/Kit is iconic but imagine if Niles and Roz had hooked up instead.
