@kitsmuses MERLIN & NIMUEH OF ARCHENLAND

It was not unusual for Camelot to have visitors from other Kingdoms. King Lune of Archenland brought his two twin sons, who were only thirteen and his daughter Nimueh. It did not matter that Nimueh was the older of the three..she was not a male and therefore would not inherit the throne. The greatest she could get was to be sure to marry well (or so her father kept reminding her of). The doors opened to the Great Hall where Uther was to meet their visitors along with Arthur and the rest of the court.

King Lune walked forward first, a tall man with dark brunette hair, and blue eyes. The two boys followed, Cor and Corin. They had more mousy hair, the two looked almost identical, and then Nimueh walked behind. She was taller, slender..raven curls cascading down her back yet the thing that stood out the most was her eyes. For they were an unusual shade of violet, striking against the ebony of her hair.

"King Lune" Uther greeted, as the two friends hugged in greeting. The Prince's bowed politely and Nimueh curtseyed. "Nimueh..beautiful as ever" Uther stated "Thank you, sire" he turned to the Prince of Camelot, who kissed her hand as greeting yet her Violet hues went briefly to Merlin. "You have had a long journey, my servant, Merlin will ensure you are comfortable my lady" Arthur commented, motioning forward for Merlin. Nimueh was born with eyes of violet, many thought it would impair her sight and yet she saw just as well as the next person. "We have not seen each other since we were ten Arthur..surely the formalities are not needed" Bold it seemed was the Princess.

"Merlin can take me to my chambers, although I remember these halls like I was here yesterday." The two brothers couldn't help but laugh between themselves at her comment, making the King of Archenland sigh a little at his daughter. Violet eyes set back upon Merlin, offering the smallest of smiles. "Now, Nimueh..be polite.." Her father commented, though she raised her brow, "I would be honoured for Merlin to offer me assistance.." a beat "to the place I already know.."

@kitsmuses MERLIN - where Elora loves to wind Arthur up

The Tavern was busy as usual, the Knights often had their drinks of ale in rounds. Elora joined them this time, Percival passing the Princess her own drink. "M'Lady" The Knight stated with a bright smile as she stood beside Merlin. "You know, it is more lady like for a Princess to drink Wine?" Gwaine teased making her roll her eyes. "Mhm, do you want your arse kicked again? Because I can definitely do that" The comment only made him smirk.

"And you wonder why no Prince will take you" The King commented beside Merlin, "Because I always refuse?" She raised her brow, the reason she wasn't betrothed was simply because she had no reason to want to, even if Arthur argued it helped with her claim to the throne. She placed some gold coins into the hands of Percival, "Get Merlin an ale, please Percival?" Arthur raised his brows "Merlin is on duty" The King commented.

"Not right now he isn't. An hour off won't hurt him" She replied patting Merlin on the shoulder. "You can't refuse me, I am the King" Elora however smirked, a mischevious look in her eye the one which only annoyed Arthur further. "Watch me! Percival.. drink, for Merlin." The Knight nodded nonetheless getting the ale for the manservant. If there was one thing other than sword fighting that she enjoyed more, it was annoying Arthur. "Now since you are off the clock.." she took hold of the ale passing it to Merlin. "Enjoy.."

This wasn't what she wanted, being seperated from Arthur and the Knights.. she was fairly sure Merlin didn't want this either. She had been injured amongst the chaos, it was why Arthur had told her not to come in the first place, but Elora was stubborn and Arthur was like a brother to her. They walked underneath the pass, to try not to be seen although with Elora's platinum blonde hair she was difficult to hide. "Merlin!" Elora whispered, hearing footsteps above them, she quickly took hold of the Warlock pulling him to the side, standing in front of him so she was flush against his torso, she had more armour on than he did.

Blood covered her palm, it smelled metallic and was sticky to the touch, (yet Elora always seemed to smell like lillies and roses). Breathing hurt, walking hurt, but what other choice did she have? It was still another day's walk to Camelot. "Húdaid.." Elora muttered in her mother tongue, Tirmorian. In rough translation it meant, 'curses' in a negative sense. Yet she would never truly admit to having to stop from being wounded. The coast seemed to be clear, the Princess looked up to Merlin, offering a gentle smile.

"..Sorry..I thought I heard something" Elora apologised, wincing more at her side hand going back to her abdomen, leaning inadvertedly on Merlin, hand grasping onto his forearm, squeezing gently. "We still have a days walk to Camelot.." to safety.

Elora had been in Camelot for ten years now, serving as a ward for Uther Pendragon after her Kingdom had been taken over by the Southrons. Her father executed and her mother also died smuggling Elora out of the Kingdom. She was a beautiful young woman, porcelain skin with a rosey blush to her cheeks, eyes which were the colour of the blue sky and long platinum blonde hair that when the sunlight hit the waves, it was like silver cascading down her back. The Knights had described Elora as ethereal, that there was just something about her that was unusual in a beautiful sort of way.

Elora wandered into Gaius's chambers, usually she was in her armour but today she wore an emerald green dress with gold threaded accents, her hair braided at the front and out of her face. "Oh, Merlin" Elora stated noticing the court physician wasn't around. "Do you know where Gaius is? I will require another vial for this evening" to stop the nightmares. There was something about Merlin that she was naturally drawn to, what it was? Elora couldn't place her finger on.

"I am surprised Arthur isn't wanting you out on the grounds this afternoon to help with the training.." She mused allowing a soft smile to grace rose coloured lips, blue hues upon the young Warlock. She heard the door open seeing Gaius walk in, "My Lady? Can I help you?" Gaius queried, "Yes actually, a vial for the nightmares" She replied "Getting bad again?" The physician asked.

"Admittedly..yes..Not just the visions but how I feel, it is like I can feel everything around me all the time, like a buzzing..noise..and it is seeping into the waking world" it was why she hadn't done the training for a while, afraid she would get distracted and harm someone. Gaius glanced over at Merlin with a raised brow, "I hear whispers in the night under the stars, like they call my name.." now she sounded crazy. She touched the bridge of her nose, "I guess I am just tired." Surely stars don't talk to you?

"no, you're not coming in here! i've already had to fix this three times!" tink usually wasn't minding visitors in her nook. but she's had lost boys coming in and out all day without her knowing. at least, she assumed it was lost boys coming in. she was working on fixing one of her creations: a tool that would help with sprinkling more pixie dust faster. "turn around now." the little patience she had anymore was gone.

"You must be Merlin," she smiles, "Arthur has mentioned you can help me with some heavy lifting? If it's not too much trouble that is."
