How do you get it? Is it base game item?

It’s probably from Generations. It just turned up in my Sim’s inventory at some point. It’s called an “anniversary watch” but she isn’t married to her partner—just been with him for a while—so it seems like marriage isn’t even a requirement for the anniversary. I’m really not sure how it works, as this is the first time I’ve seen it.
