So I came back to the apartment and we now have a cat.
i am reasonably sure that no other cat, when their human gets out of the shower, goes TOWARD the smelly wet stuff. like she GETS IN THE FREAKING TUB WHAT KIND OF CAT DOES THAT???
Acceptable things to call the cat:
Baby
Baby girl
Boo-boo
Bell
Belle
Bell-Bell
Bella
Baby Bell
Baby Bell-Bell
Not acceptable things to call the cat:
Grizabella
I am reasonably certain she won't choke on it--she's been playing with it for a while--but I'm moderately worried. But if she hasn't hurt herself before I feel like she'll be okay but maybe I should take it but then she would be bored while I'm in class halp.
The cat has found a discarded twist-tie on the floor and has been playing with it and it is probably the cutest thing I've seen since my twin cousins were young enough to parade around the house in WonderPets capes.
Good news is: Mom's not seriously allergic to the cat. Bad news is: I might be. I keep getting scratchy sore throat feelings. Which is either weather-related or cat-related and I have a bad feeling it might be the latter.
Update: Bell-Bell has started rubbing her cheek and side along me, i.e. scent-marking. I am her human now.
