Alright, so this is all about competitive Pokémon battling.
The first Pokémon up there - Lickilicky - has a moveset that is designed to make it incredibly hard to kill. Lickilicky naturally has a huge amount of HP and Defense, and this one has Wish (a move that restores HP), Heal Bell (cures all status conditions), Protect (prevents all damage for a turn) and Toxic. Toxis is what Lickilicky aims to win with - it’s a move that badly poisons an opponent, draining the opponent’s health every turn. It also has the item Leftovers, which restores a little HP every turn.
Since it’s so bulky, Lickilicky is just going to sit there and laugh heal/protect itself while the opponent slowly dies to Toxic.
Now, enter Pyukumuku.
Pyukumuku is packing Taunt, a move that forces the opponent to use only attacking moves. Lickilicky has no attacking moves, so if it gets Taunted, Lickilicky’s only option is to use Struggle - a move that deals a huge amount of recoil damage every time, and will KO Lickilicky very quickly. Once a Pokemon starts struggling, it's all over. Lickilicky has the Ability Oblivious, which normally makes it immune to being Taunted. However, Pyukumuku has Gastro Acid, which removes an opponent’s ability, leaving Lickilicky open to being Taunted, completely shutting down that Pokemon.
