It’s painful but in an arousing way since it’s very sensitive, and the tail is considered a cliché to touch (just as much as you don’t touch breasts or genitalia of a stranger or in public). She finds it a major turn-on when Staxyn plays with her like that, it’s a bonding/trust element where she can completely submit herself to him.
