I made a group called the Mercynaries!
This is a group of vigilante that enact justice and their own laws on either each their own's descernment or Kitty's. They are all givers, there are no non-givers. This is to ensure everyone is capable of defending themselves against a threatening force.
They never stay in one place too long when off-base, and while their existence is widely known, they are extremely elusive and usually carry out missions during the night.
The Hell Guard is in opposition with them, being the established law enforcers on the Ground.
They are not assassins, but they are known to be lethal and you don't want to do something that warrants a death sentence.
This group mostly act to support and protect communities; fixing things, saving people from trash storms or trash beasts (their goal is purely to save the person, they don't fight trash beasts if they can help it, but they can and will if necessary), food distribution, free medical care, etc.
This group by nature has endeared themselves to many towns and villages, and through that have earned respect and loyalty, hence why the Hell Guard cannot seem to catch them.
