I think it depends on the school. I’m in a middle school and it’s a mix of styles. Jeans, hiking clothes, and yoga pants have been seen regularly. Lots of people dress up too but then there are those who don’t…ever.

My high school is suuuuuper laid-back. Everyone usually wears jeans. So lucky.

my High School is uber laid back. All my dresses are too short and I stay in jeans daily. i don’t even own nice work clothes lol!
sounds like you guys have some sweet setups. when i went to orientation after arriving in Korea, whenever we had a question about something like this or about life and work in our schools, they would always shy away from answering anything specifically. we would always get super vague replies followed by, "every school is different". as sick as i was of hearing this, it's true. even if you're not in elementary i guess you could get lucky with a chill school too.
