A bright and refreshing drink made with fresh kiwis and a little sugar. It is served over ice. Great for staying cool on a hot day!
Ingredients: 6 kiwis, peeled and quartered. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 4 cups water. Ice cubes, for serving. Kiwi slices, for garnish.
Instructions: Put the kiwis, sugar, and 2 cups of water in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Using a fine-mesh sieve, strain the mixture into a pitcher. Press down on the solids to get all the liquid out. Throw away solids. Add the last two cups of water and mix it in. Put the agua fresca in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to cool it down. Put it on ice cubes and top with kiwi slices.
