sorry im sure youve been getting a lot of suggestions about gel application, but ive been using it for almost a year and a half and have a tip i wish id known sooner!

i was originally instructed to apply to my upper arms, which worked okay but left me with t range in the low 200s. i started experimenting with different application sites (since you can basically do it wherever!) and landed on my stomach, which has gotten me up into the 400s range now! i think absorption relies a lot on where you have more body fat, so just dont be afraid to experiment with it

I wanted to try different sites but im already so nervous about absorption that I dont wanna risk making it even less effective somehow ykwim....but i will think upon this

re the tags on ur last post just now, and how come you cant run ur phone all night? cause i do the same for asmr vids almost every night and its lifechanging dude.. if its a battery problem i always just keep in on the charger all night and its worked for me, unless its bc of something else?

its not a battery issue, just a habit i suppose!! it just makes me nervous to think about for some reason, even plugged in 😭 i've tried to fall asleep to stuff on my phone but then i just lay awake thinking about how my phone is on and being nervous whatever video/sound i have on will end and ill still be awake instead of letting myself doze off... i feel pressured i suppose...
