Germany had an extra day of rest, USA had to play in Manaus. Plus Germany is very technically gifted. A lot of different factors. I agree, though. USA could have, and perhaps should have done better. But for now, not much we can do but rest and hope our spirit can carry us far in the tournament! Oh I'm just so happy to see the advances in soccer in this country!
