Alright, we're about a month and a half out from first posting day, so here are the things you need to know for this year's event. Changes to the rules are minimal.

This is a no sign-up event running from 24-31 August 2025
Works should not be posted before the corresponding day but we’ll be accepting late entries up to 15 September 2025
RULES:
Works should have Kakashi and Yamato’s relationship as the main focus. This does NOT have to be romantic!
Works should be newly created (i.e. not posted anywhere before the event), but works that also fulfill prompts for other events will be accepted.
AI Generated content and reposts will not be accepted.
No underage content. Mods are defining underage as below 18.
Works should not be posted before the corresponding day they have been created for.
All NSFW or dark content must be tagged appropriately and, if posting on Tumblr, under a cut.
Works should be tagged #kkym2025 to be reblogged. There will also be a post each day which you can reply to if you’re worried about being missed.
On AO3 you will be able to post directly to this years’ collection once it is created.
Mods reserve the right not to reblog anything they deem inappropriate or not fitting the spirit of the event.
