Description -
UNISILKON TK 44 N 2, N 3 lubricants are special greases based on phenyl methyl silicone oil and a sodium complex soap thickener for a wide service temperature range.
Application -
UNISILKON TK 44 N greases are used for the lubrication of rolling bearings at very high temperatures. They are not subject to the classification acc. to DIN 41825. Relubrication is recommended in order to ensure long-term lubrication. For this purpose UNISILKON TK 44 N 2 REC and UNISILKON TK 44 N 2 REC A can also be used. Due to their special formulation and compatibility with many plastics and elastomers. UNISILKON TK 44 N greases have also proven effective for metal/plastic or rubber friction pairings in plain bearings and sliding points requiring long-term lubrication.
Application Notes -
UNISILKON TK 44 N 2, N 3 greases are applied by grease gun, brush or spatula. We recommend checking pumpability in central lubrication systems with the manufacturer of the application equipment used. Commercial detergents can be used for precleaning the friction points.

Application -

Description -
Klüberfood NH1 4-220 N is a lubricating oil based on synthetic hydrocarbons for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries. This synthetic lubricating oil protects against corrosion and displays good anti-wear properties.
Klüberfood NH1 4-220 N is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.
The use of Klüberfood NH1 4-220 N can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes.
We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.
Application -
Klüberfood NH1 4-220 N Spray is used in the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries for all friction points where incidental contact with the food product cannot be excluded.
Suitable for the lubrication of spindles, joints and chains. Klüberfood NH1 4-220 N Spray protects special steel components.
Please do not spray in enclosed spaces, for example electrical cabinets.
Application Notes -
Klüberfood NH1 4-220 N Spray is miscible with mineral oil and synthetic hydrocarbons, however we recommend not mixing it with conventional lubricants in order to retain its food-grade status.

Klüberbio LR 9 oils are completely biodegradable, eco-friendly hydraulic fluids based on synthetic ester oils. These oils contain >90 % of renewable raw materials and comply with the European Ecolabel.
The EU Ecolabel is a label of environmental excellence that is awarded to products and services meeting high environmental standards throughout their life-cycle: from raw material extraction, to production, distribution and disposal.
Attaining EU Ecolabel certification provides ship owners and/or operators with independent assurance that the product achieves the U.S. EPA’s requirements for classification as an Environmentally Acceptable Lubricant (EAL). Therefore, these high-performance lubricants meet the biodegradability, minimally toxic, and non-bioaccumulating standards set in Appendix A of the U.S. EPA’s VGP (Vessel General Permit). In addition, Klüberbio LR 9 oils meet or even exceed the minimum requirements stipulated in ISO 15380 and Bosch Rexroth RE 90221-01.
Application -
Klüberbio LR 9 oils are intended for applications in mobile hydraulic systems, e.g. in the marine and offshore industries as well as for use in the building and water engineering sectors.
They are also preferred in stationary hydraulic equipment operating in ecologically sensitive environments, e.g. in hydroelectric power plants and waterway locks.
Application Notes -
Klüberbio LR 9 oils meet ISO 15380 requirements in terms of compatibility with standard reference elastomers. Nevertheless,due to the large variety of materials available, compatibility with seals and paint coatings should be verified. In general, Klüberbio LR 9 oils are miscible with hydraulic oils based on mineral oil. However, a miscibility test should be performed in order to totally rule out the possibility of an incompatibility between different additives. Prior to changeover, we recommend flushing the hydraulic system with the Klüberbio LR 9 oil.

Klüberfluid 9 R 100 is a special synthetic oil based assembly fluid which can also be used as an efficient anticorrosion agent.
Klüberfluid 9 R 100 is compatible with SBR and EPDM elastomers as well as with the brake fluids DOT 3, 4 and 5.1.
Application -
Klüberfluid 9 R 100 is particularly suitable for automotive brake components. It can also be used as an anticorrosion agent for steel parts, protecting them while in stock and during transport between production and assembly, with the advantage that it does not have to be removed prior to the fitting of SBR and EPDM elastomer parts.
When used as an assembly fluid, Klüberfluid 9 R 100 facilitates the precise joining of individual components and thus supports functional reliability, preventing damage to the seals during fitting.
Klüberfluid 9 R 100 is used as an assembly aid, anticorrosion agent and functional lubricant, e.g. to attain the roll-back effect of brake pistons.
Its excellent wetting properties in conjunction with high lubricity have a favourable effect on initial friction, especially when metal and elastomer materials are paired.
Application Notes -
Due to its low viscosity, Klüberfluid 9 R 100 can be efficiently applied by immersion or spraying.

Application -
HOTEMP 2000 Spray is used for lubrication points subject to high thermal loads as are common in chains, slideways, gears, wire ropes, guideways or cams.
HOTEMP 2000 Spray is also an ideal lubricant for motorcycle chains (also O-ring chains). It is not washed off and penetrates well into chain joints and friction points.
HOTEMP 2000 Spray forms a durable, load-carrying lubricant film even at high temperatures. For the ideal service temperature, please refer to the product data.
Application Notes -
Ensure sufficient ventilation when processing HOTEMP 2000 Spray as explosive mixtures may form.
Do not spray against naked flame or onto hot or incandescent objects. Observe additional instructions for use in material safety data sheet and on can label.
When applied, HOTEMP 2000 Spray forms a highly adhesive lubricant film that resists centrifuging and water wash-off. It is economical in use thanks to its adjustable nozzle. The spray jet can be changed from vertical to horizontal to ensure application of the right quantity at the desired lubrication point.
Sprays should not be exposed to direct sunlight and temperatures above 50 °C.
