I just read your Unplottable Houses & Multiple Doppelgangers post and it's CRAZY, I love it, but I have a question - you mentioned making 'klatchky'? I'm polish and I have no idea what that is??

I am 110% certain I’ve spelled it wrong, becuase the recipe’s been handed down through three generations of Heard-Of-Hearing-people-who-have-reading-disorders-and-don’t-speak-Polish BUT:

These! Which are apparently spelled Klotsche, good job spelling everyone.

They’re a cookie/pastry where the dough is made with flour, butter and cram cheese like a pie dough, then rolled out and cut into diamonds, then you put a glob of jelly or almond paste filling in the middle and fold the corners over so they look cute like the above pic.
