@klushund said: I second the original "Wicker Man"! It has this, I don't know, quiet scariness/creepiness I personally really enjoy. Also "Shaun of the Dead" because it's such a well crafted movie in every regard.
Thank you guys so much!! Quiet creepiness is my favorite brand, so will definitely check out the og Wicker Man! I think I’ve only ever seen a bit of the remake with Nicholas Cage XD and I’ll look up Shaun of the Dead too!
@fischotterkunst said: Have you seen "It Follows"? i think its a really fantastic psychological horror where it just. makes you uncomfortable without being able to place your finger on /why/
No, I haven’t! Thanks for the rec. I’ll hunt this one down. The title already sounds creepy B)
@aracaeli said: Not really horror, more like thriller, but I recommend "The Call". It has good story!!
Thanks for the rec! Thrillers are cool too! I’ve just been in a mood for intense/creepy things, but not in a “heavy” way ;)

Earl, BRO, thank you for the link!! I clicked on it and the first frame immediately creeped me out. The familiarity of that calendar really sent me LOL. Taoist-inspired horror really hits in a different way 👍
