The Kneaded Bread

Today my mom, sister, friend, and I went to the Kneaded Bread in Port Chester New York for lunch. The Kneaded Bread is one of those hidden gems with amazing amazing food. Every time I go, I never want to leave, the friendly scent of bread wafts through the air, and they have endless homemade food options sure to fill any craving you may have. Some of my all time favorites are their rosemary bread, tuna fish salad sandwich, chicken curry, and thai coconut soup. My mom swears by their carrot ginger soup and buys it in bulk. Truth be told, you can't go wrong as even a simple coffee and donut will be sure be impressive.

As they just recently expanded and have added a new salad bar, we all decided to creat our own salads. You choose your greens, toppings, and dressings for $7.50 which includes four toppings and a fresh roll. After a long debate, I ended up getting romaine/mixed green salad base with chick peas, mushroom, cucumber, carrots, feta cheese, and avocado (for an additional price) with red wine vinaigrette.
