Does everyone know what it means when saying cat making biscuits????

I was talking to one of my managers and he was so confused and to be fair I wasn't explain it I just kept being like you know making biscuits.

My other manager walked by and was like kneeding not even really stopping just kind of walking by and continuing what he was doing.

Apparently my first manager has never heard of that. And I didn't really know the word kneeding it's always just cat making biscuits.

So I need to know.

What y'all say? Also where you from would be cool to add as well.
